Scrum and Kanban are project management frameworks that promote Agile ideas and principles. In simple terms, they help provide a structured way for teams to work together, learn, improve and complete their tasks.
Scrum is generally focused on 2-week sprints with the products packaged up for release at the end of the allotted time. Kanban is generally not time-limited and products are released on a continuous basis.
Both share the concept of a ‘to-do, doing and done’ board.
